Not that many footnotes this week, apart from that Nerdwriter video about the film, (his whole channel’s pretty good, if you enjoy that). Rob mentions retconning, which is explained in more detail here, and there’s some good stuff about Cuarón’s direction here, here, and here. (Also, if you happen to have access to an academic subscription [ok, it’s a long shot, but also only academics ever read to the end of footnotes, anyway, right?], then this looks like it could be good)
